1. Service Agreement
By booking a move with Bennett Moving & Logistics, you agree to these terms. A signed estimate and deposit may be required to confirm your move date.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual time, materials, access conditions (stairs, elevators, walking distance), and any additional services requested on move day.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be refundable depending on timing and circumstances.
4. Liability & Protection
Basic released-value protection ($0.60 per pound per item) is included on every move. Full-value protection is available as an upgrade. We are not liable for items packed by the customer or pre-existing damage.
5. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, perishable food, plants, pets, or illegal items. Please inform us of any high-value or fragile items before move day.
